Today I will destroy some myths. You have probably been told many times that if you want to lose weight stop eating or drastically reduce the amount of carbohydrates you consume.

This is simply not true, and sometimes the opposite happens. When you eliminate carbohydrates from your meal plan, it is even more difficult to lose weight.

Today I will talk about five truths about diets low in calories probably did not know. I hope after reading this you realize that a healthy and balanced diet plan is much more effective to do extreme diets based on one or two types of food.
