Today I will destroy some myths. You have probably been told many times that if you want to lose weight to stop eating or drastically reduce the amount of carbohydrates you consume.
This is simply not true, and sometimes the opposite happens. When you eliminate carbohydrates from your meal plan, it is even more difficult to lose weight.
Today I will talk about five truths of diets low in calories probably you did not know. I hope after reading this you realize that a healthy and balanced diet plan is much more effective to do extreme diets based on one or two types of food.
1 – Studies have shown that all of us need to eat carbohydrates. What makes most people when they no longer endure the urge to eat carbohydrates? Dejan diet and eat all the carbohydrates they can. Overeating is very difficult to avoid when you have a craving for foods that you like.
2 – Most People on low-carbohydrate diets cannot stay thin for a long time. They lose weight while staying in the diet, but once out of it, again as if they used to eat and get fat again. Such diets known as “yo yo dieting” are one of the worst things you can do to your body. Most People on low-carb diets end up weighing more than when they started these diets.

3 – A recent study in Australia showed that participants who were low-carbohydrate diets were more likely to feel stressed and tired. If you ever have made a diet low in carbohydrates, it is more likely that your family agrees with this study. I talk to many women who say they do not feel supported by his family, unaware of the mood swings that these diets cause you.
4 – Diets low in carbohydrates can help make your abdomen swell. Probably trying to fasten trousers think “these carbohydrates have me fat, but never going to eat!” But actually it is not. A recent study showed that 78% of women who make these low-carb diets experience constipation. Only 30% of the general population complains of this. Do you know what one of the most common symptoms of constipation is? That is right, a bloated belly.
5 – When completely eliminate carbohydrates from our diet, we are restricted. In addition to feeling sad, cranky, and tired; sorry we’re missing something. These feelings do not help you succeed. You know what I mean if you ever have succumbed to your worst cravings and you have eaten a gallon of ice cream yourself.
